Meet the Lancaster Law Team!

Originally from Manhattan, Anna grew up in Winston Salem. In 2012, Anna moved west to attend Western Carolina University. It is there where she fell in love with all the appeals of life in the mountains. After school, Anna moved to Charlotte for a little until she realized she missed the mountains and moved to Asheville.

Anna joined the Lancaster Law team in February of 2021 and she oversees the post-closing process as a paralegal. If you ever come into the office, you are likely to see her sweet dog, Bell, who is the office mascot and snoozes upstairs most of the days.

In her spare time, Anna stays busy with adventures to many concerts, hiking trails, and the many breweries that Asheville has to offer!

ANNA WEBER

Zeno has been practicing over 10 years and has had his firm since 2014. He was born in Asheville, NC and grew up in Canton.

He attended Pisgah High and obtained his BA in Political Science from the University of North Carolina – Chapel Hill, class of 2004. Zeno then got his Juris Doctor from Florida Coastal School of Law in Jacksonville, FL in 2007.

He is a huge Star Wars Nerd, comic book collector, and sports fan. GO HEELS!

Zeno and his Fiancée Venus live in Candler with their dog Rose (6 year old golden retriever) and cherish the loving memory of Daisy 🌈🐾

Juliana was born and raised in Colombia, South America. She moved to the United States in her teen years and lived in Florida for most of that time.

Moving to North Carolina, she met her husband and they now reside in West Asheville with their husky/lab mix. She enjoys cooking and spending quality time with friends and family.

JULIANA PRICE

Sarah was born in Marietta, GA, and spent a good portion of her childhood in New England. She has been in WNC since she was a teen and considers it home. She has a strong background in the service industry, recently making the switch to join Lancaster Law Firm as a paralegal in July 2023. Sarah enjoys spending her down time with friends and family, going to concerts and being outside.

JEN MONACELLI

Jen was born and raised in Frankfurt, Germany. After graduating High School, she then continued her education in business and graduated from Konrad Adenauer School in 1993. She started her career in logistics until she moved to the US in 1999. At that time, she took a break from the work force to focus on raising her three boys. She picked up her career in Greenville, SC in 2014 as a Sea Freight coordinator for one of the largest German Sea Freight Companies.

In 2016 she decided to change her career path to real estate with an opportunity at Lancaster Law Firm as a Title Abstractor. She quickly realized that was her passion and has been loving it ever since.

Jen is spending most of her weekends on the soccer and baseball fields with her husband cheering on their boys. In her remaining free time, she loves watching football and is enjoying everything Asheville and the Blue Ridge Mountains have to offer.

CLIENT INTAKE PARALEGAL

Maggie grew up in Salisbury, NC and moved to the mountains to attend Warren Wilson College. She obtained her BA in Environmental Studies with a concentration in Policy and Justice in 2020. While in school, Maggie worked with non-profit organizations and community gardens including the Citizens’ Climate Lobby, Bounty and Soul, Root Cause farm, and others. For her capstone project, she worked with the NC Department of Environmental Quality and the French Broad Riverkeeper to begin restoring the eroded Hominy Creek in Asheville. She also enjoyed working for the school’s auto-shop as a requirement for their work program.

Maggie stayed nestled in Swannanoa after college and lives with her two best friends and their adorable fur babies. In her free time, Maggie enjoys painting, playing music and hiking through the beautiful Blue Ridge.

Morgan Schriner Carol Spags Photography Headshots 3.jpg

Morgan was ironically born and raised in Lancaster, Ohio. She began her educational career at the collegiate level at just fifteen, taking dual enrollment courses at Ohio University.

Upon high school graduation she relocated to Asheville, North Carolina to earn her bachelor's degree at the University of North Carolina at Asheville. Here she has created her major program, and keyed the major as “Sociological, Psychological, and Political Look Into Criminality.”

She has participated in a pro bono appeals case, as well as undergraduate research into the psychology behind capital murder trials, while also volunteering at the rape crisis center on campus, and being an active member of several psychology and sociology clubs.
